description:
The Maine
Coon cat
have a
semi-long
coat with a
big roaring
collar and a
long thick
tail.
This is a
big,
massive,
strong,
muscular cat,
probably one
of our
biggest
pedigree
cats.
The Maine
Coon
develops
slowly and
is not fully
developed,
until it is
at least 3-4
years old.
Males can
weigh
between 6-10
kg and
females,
which are
considerably
smaller,
between 4-7
kg.
Although
they grow up
to be big,
they are
certainly
not clumsy
but flexible
and fast.
Temperament:
It has a
clown-like
personality
is cheeky
and
sometimes
can be
naughty and
as a kitten
all walk,
will be
exchange
with running.
If you want
a Maine Coon
you must be
prepared
that it is
very curious,
inquisitive
and
will be in
EVERYTHING,
what is
going on.
It thrives
indoors and
get along
well with
other pets.

Head:

be

on
the
nose.
The
forehead
should
be
slightly
curved.
Solid
chin,

with
nose
and

lip.
Ears:
Large,
wide
at
base.
Plenty
hairy
with
tufts.
They
must
be
placed
high
on
the
head
with
a
wide
set.
The
width
is
slightly
greater
in
older
cats.
Eyes:
Large,
round
placed
slightly
tilted
and
far
apart.
Any
color
is
allowed
with
the
coat
color.
Body:
Muscular,
medium
to
large
in
size.
Solid
bone.
The
body
should
be
long
and
well
proportioned
and
presented
as
an
rectangle.
The
legs
should
be
medium
length.
Feet
large,
round
and
well
furred
between
the
toes.
Tail:
At
least
as
long
as
body,
with
long,
heavy,
fluffy
fur.
Coat:
Thick,
short
head,
but
it
gets
longer
down
the
back
and
sides.
Long
belly
fur.
The
coat
is
silky
and
shiny.
